The Journey Begins: LNS Youth 2026

What a beautiful and grace-filled day for our parish community!

After the 10:30am Mass today at St. Leonard’s Church, Naremburn, we officially launched the LNS Youth 2026, and what a blessing it was to witness young people gather with enthusiasm, openness, and joy.

The launch was not just about starting a youth group. It was about creating a space where young people can belong, grow, and encounter Christ in a deeper way. Our desire is simple but powerful: to help our youth know that the Church is not just a place they attend, it is their home.

We shared the vision of LNS Youth: growing in faith, forming friendships grounded in Christ, serving others, and embracing prayerful moments that speak to the joys and challenges of teenage life. The response was truly heartening. They were genuinely excited to be part of something meaningful and life-giving beyond school and family.

Most beautifully, our youth were not simply attendees. They were not just participants, they were welcomed as leaders, as disciples in the making, as the present and future of our parish.

This is only the beginning. Let us keep our young people, especially our Youth Group, in our prayers, that they may grow not just in numbers, but in faith, confidence, and courage. May they discover the gifts God has given them, form deep friendships, and encounter Christ personally in all they do.

Today we planted seeds. With God’s grace, we look forward to seeing them flourish.
