If your child is in year 4 and above and has completed the sacrament of Confirmation previously then the next step is

RECONCILIATION TERM 1

In the Sacrament of First Reconciliation, we come in contact in a profound way with the unconditional mercy and love of God. Each time we celebrate Reconciliation, we reaffirm our vocation as disciples of Jesus and our willingness to recommit ourselves to the life of faith begun in Baptism.

By expressing our sorrow for our sin in the Sacrament of Reconciliation, we experience forgiveness and healing. Our relationship with God and our unity as Church is made whole again.

In our Diocese, Catholic children usually make their First Reconciliation in Year 4. They prepare for this through the Children's Sacramental Program. The sacrament will be next administered in the Parish in 2024. Please note that Reconciliation must be celebrated after Confirmation, and before First Communion.
